You’ve been holding a lot—emotionally, physically, energetically—and you’re tired of trying to think your way back to calm. You want to feel clear again. Grounded. Back in your body. But not through effort—through something that actually shifts you. Inner Alchemy is a 2 + hour immersive sound experience held in my sanctuary space. This is not a typical sound bath. It’s a layered, intentional, full-body reset designed to bring your system back into coherence—where your mind, body, and energy begin working together instead of pulling in different directions. Because your body is vibration, sound doesn’t just relax you mentally—it moves through you physically. Using crystal bowls, gong, tuning forks, voice, drum, and indigenous healing instruments, I create a sound field that travels through fluid and fascia, helping release tension patterns and reorganize the body from within. At the same time, I weave in subtle hands-on energetic work, botanical and aromatic support, and vibrational sound massage—so you’re not just listening to sound, you’re being worked on through it. Clients often notice shifts in breath, muscle tension, and internal pressure as the body begins to release and reorganize. This is what I call Inner Alchemy—an integrated process working with the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. We begin with gentle space clearing and intention setting. You’ll lie comfortably on layers of sheepskin wool as I guide you into breath and deep listening. From there, the sound builds gradually. The gong opens space. The bowls create harmony. The field deepens. As the immersion unfolds, I move through the room offering subtle, individualized work—responding in real time to what your body and the group field need. The core sound immersion is approximately 90 minutes, with time before and after for arrival and integration—allowing your system to fully land, receive, and recalibrate. By the end, most people feel lighter, clearer, and deeply restored. Many experience emotional release, reduced physical tension, and a renewed sense of internal alignment. No two sessions are ever the same. Each experience is a co-creation between myself, the group, and the field in the room. This is not about fixing anything.
