Purifying Ceremonial Gong Bath

A Gong Bath is a type of inactive meditation, where you “bathe” in the healing vibrations of sound. The gong I use is tuned to the frequency of the planet. Mother earth's heartbeat also known as the Schumann resonance of 158 hz. This is an alpha/theta brainwave frequency where cellular regeneration and healing happens. This sound will awaken and activate your heart, boosting and achieving a consistent level of coherence through the sound vibrations. The session begins with a personalized card pull for intention setting using oracle cards. We use intuitive sounding, the breath and vocal toning to connect to the sound frequencies, shamanic drumming to connect to the heartbeat of the planet all while sitting upright, purging, cleansing and releasing, after which you will lay down to receive the soothing vibrations and stillness. This session includes healing botanicals and herbs such as tobacco, cedar and sage, and flower waters. This is a deep healing that will take place in the communal healing space located on the first floor of my home. You will be laying on the carpeted floor on layers of sheepskin wool - a vibratory cleanser and purifier. This is a ceremonial cleansing using ancient indigenous medicine traditions. The journey is guided by intuitive listening and sometime the sounds will be intense or unpleasant and or very gentle depending on the medicine you need at that given moment.
