A doorway into the sacred, scientific, and ancestral dimensions of sound.
This immersive, heart-led training invites you into a deep exploration of Sound Healing—not only as a modality, but as a living relationship. Together, we journey through the ethos, pathos, science, and mythos of sound, understanding why sound heals and how it affects the emotional body, the energetic body, and the physical body.
You will receive hands-on guidance in working with Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Indigenous Native American instruments, Shamanic Drums, and tuning forks, learning how to hold them, touch them, and commune with them as sacred tools.
Throughout our 5 hours together, we will dive into:
• The Ethos & Pathos of Sound — exploring sound as emotion, intention, spirit, and story
• The Historical Lineage of Sound Healing — how ancient cultures used sound as medicine
