A Relational, Attuned Approach
Each session begins with deep listening — attuning to what is present in your body, breath, and system in this moment. Rather than applying a fixed protocol, I work relationally, allowing the session to unfold in response to what your cerebrospinal fluid is communicating.
This approach supports the system in unwinding, helps restore internal coherence, and creates space for clarity, regulation, and integration.
The work is gentle, responsive, and grounded in respect for the body’s innate intelligence.

Fascic Fiield™ is my signature integrative healing experience — a curated fusion of sound medicine, subtle bodywork, craniosacral unwinding, fascia release, botanical therapy, and energetic recalibration.
Sessions take place in two distinct spaces within my private sanctuary:

A communal-style sanctuary on the first floor of my home healing studio. You rest on natural sheepskin wool while immersed in layered sound frequencies.
The Healing Table
An intimate therapeutic space designed for hands-on craniosacral unwinding, fascia release, and precision vibrational work.
All sessions are fully clothed unless otherwise determined.
Please arrive hydrated and wear comfortable clothing.
