Andonia Fthenakis is a teacher, artist, and healing arts practitioner specializing in coherence-based leadership development through sound and embodied practice. She is the founder of Akouie Alchemy and the architect of a structured methodology that integrates vibrational work, somatic awareness, and relational intelligence.

She holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Disorders from Hunter College, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design, and formal training in Art Education from Bank Street College of Education. Her academic background in education and behavioral systems informs a grounded and psychologically informed approach to embodiment and leadership.

Her work was shaped not only through formal study, but through lived integration. Navigating complex health challenges and major life transitions required her to cultivate deep internal listening and structural self-trust. This personal reorganization became the foundation for her teaching.

Over the past two decades, Antonia’s practice has been influenced by advanced study in sound and vibrational healing, cymatics and sonic science, craniosacral and energy-based bodywork, sacred art traditions, and embodied teaching methodologies. She has taught in libraries, community institutions, wellness centers, and immersive retreat environments, guiding individuals and groups toward restored coherence and embodied authority.

She continues to develop and teach her coherence-based framework through private mentorship, structured academy programs, immersive retreats, and organizational work. Her focus remains on cultivating the conditions where clarity strengthens, leadership stabilizes, and transformation unfolds through disciplined surrender and embodied presence.
