The Science of Sound and Silence

why sound:

Sound therapy has had a profound and direct effect on the speed of my own recovery from dis-ease. Everything I recommend and share is based on my own experience with energy medicine and the wisdom teachings of Master Healers. I've healed by this practice and in witnessing its efficacy, now live by it. My passion lies deeply in the alchemical transformation of our being through sound.

And within sound there must be silence, this is the law of sound. Sound is born from silence.

The spaciousness that is created by the sound and the silence of sound therapy allows for an unwinding and release.

This is the sound which transforms and regenerates matter.

I'm here to share with you my teachers and their wisdom, distilled in the work and information I share

and here is a bit of it...

"There are phase shifts occurring in the sound of the crystal bowls. These kinds of throbbing sounds are partly caused by beat frequencies, but partly caused by phase shifts particularly in the large bowls. What happens then is if you're actually in the presence of these bowls or if you're listening to a recording through a really good sound system, it has to be a good sound system, then those frequencies will actually enter your body. The phase shift frequencies will enter your body and literally move the lymph fluids in your body or help to move the lymph fluids. That's just one of many of the biological mechanisms by which these beautiful bowls are healing us.

We have studies where blood has changed after being immersed in the musical environments - With the gong, an increase in viability of 17.2%. With the harp, an increase to 17.1%. With the crystal bowl, an increase in viability of 15.2% in red blood cells. we're seeing a significant increase in the viability of the red blood cells.

The nature of consciousness and sound

The root of our thoughts lies in the sonic biomolecular vibrations of neurons. In other words, sounds which may be the basis of consciousness. No one really knows what consciousness is. One thing we can say about it is that when we have a thought, it's because we are conscious. When we have a thought, the first thing that happens is that there are molecular vibrations literally in the neurons of our brains. Every time we have a thought, these vibrations in the neurons of our brains must create sound. It's a rule of physics that whenever you have any elastic vibrations of molecules that one of the definitions of that is sound.

  1. Every thought we have literally creates sound. That sound does not simply stay in our brain, in our head. It will reverberate throughout our whole organism. The discovery of the Niels Bohr Institute, where they proved that all the nerves in our body literally conduct sound. The next note, when we have a thought or hold an intention, the biomolecular vibrations do not stay in our brain but cascade throughout our body via the nervous system and the fascia meridian system. Cells are conscious. Therefore, they are listening and responding to all our thoughts and intentions whether our thoughts or intentions are positive or negative. That's quite a thought, isn't it? Having good thoughts, obviously, is going to be definitely a better way to go. "
