Celebrate and transform in the healing energy of the Autumn Equinox and Waxing Half Moon with a powerful Sonic Alchemy Crystal Reiki Sound Bath .  

A time of equal day and night, the Autumn Equinox is a magical threshold for change. Its like the spark of transformation, a new direction, full of possibilities, wrapped up in an invigorating chill as we are wavering between action and stillness. The Autumn Equinox asks us to pause and consider shedding what we don’t need. 

In this active sound ceremony we come together in ritual to create a container of sacred space for the release what our soul is ready to leave behind. Like the trees bending low to offer up their leaves, and plants turning their faces to seeds, our bodies ebb and flow through so much change, ever unfolding, whispering, shrieking and howling. This mid-harvest celebration is about bowing to the change, and expressing gratitude for how far we’ve come this year and what we have, and — as a time of nearly equal light and dark — inviting in balance. This is the time of the metal element in Chinese Five Element Theory and represents the process of moving from activity and growth to dormancy, and from yang to yin. In the Native American traditions and in Ancient Greek Traditions the equinox is associated with the harvest time, and a natural time to reflect, grow, and set new intentions. As such, the equinox historically has been a time to literally and figuratively “reap what you sow.” While farmers harvest the last of the summer’s crops, we have the opportunity to reflect on the past year and consider what we need to prune in our mental and emotional garden so we can continue to grow.

It’s time for our yin (our feminine inward receptive energy) to come into power, welcoming the transitions and transformation, for getting closer to who we are at our core, and preparing to turn inward. 

This is a full 90 min intensive healing crystal reiki sound bath and vivrational massage session. 30 minutes extra have been added to allow time for a proper introduction and discussion before and after the session. Every participant is receiving sound therapy with reiki, and each one receives their very own personalized sonic sound massage and crystal body balancing grid. So it's like receiving 4 treatments in one (Sound Therapy + Vibrational Therapy + Crystal Reiki + Flower Therapy = "Sonic Alchemy" = The Ultimate Energy Healing Experience). By the end of the session, the main energy centers of the body (chakras) will be open and balanced, improving the flow of energy around the body which promotes relaxation, relieves pain, and speeds up healing. 

What is a Sound Bath Meditation?

A Sound Bath Meditation is a inactive meditative concert-like experience where one listens and absorbs on a cellular level the harmonious play of sound frequencies created by using various instruments; Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Tibetan/Himalayan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Indigenous instruments, Drums and other resonant instruments. The participant is invited to sit or lay down in a comfortable position while a bath of soothing sound waves and healing frequencies wash over the body, encouraging deep relaxation and release of tension and stress in both mind and body while stimulating the brain into a theta state. In this alpha/theta brainwave frequency your nervous system unwinds.

What is a Gong Bath?

A Gong Bath is a type of inactive meditation, where you “bathe” in the healing vibrations of sound. The gong I use is tuned to the frequency of the planet. Mother earth's heartbeat also known as the Schumann resonance of 158 hz. This is an alpha/theta brainwave frequency where cellular regeneration and healing happens. This sound will awaken and activate your heart, boosting and achieving a consistent level of coherence through the sound vibrations.

What is a Tuning Fork and Sound Massage?

During the sound bath meditation, Tibetan and Himalayan Singing Bowls and Weighted Tuning Forks will be placed directly on or near the body and played. The Weight of the Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks when placed directly on parts of the body and played, will send massage-like vibrations felt deep within the body, releasing energetic, physical and emotional blockages, while releasing any stored tension held in muscles, joints and vital organs. The massaging sound vibrations and healing frequencies will guide the body's internal systems to reset on a cellular level, promoting deep healing. The Tuning forks I use are tuned to the electromagnetic pulse of the earth's electrical signal. Mother earth's heartbeat, also known as the Schumann resonance of 7.83 hz. The Sonic Slider is of the12th harmonic of the Schumann Resonance 93.96Hz. and the Schumann Pair of forks comprise the 7th and 8th harmonic of this important frequency. Used together they create a binaural beat of 7.83 hz. balancing the electric/plasmic aspect of our being. (Please advise where there is pain in your body before we begin the session)

What is Reiki? What is Crystal Reiki Touch?

Reiki is a natural healing modality where the practitioner acts as a conduit between the client and the source of the universal life force energy. Reiki Touch is a healing modality that involves gently placing my hands on your body. I may place my hands directly on the body or hover over the body to access the aura as the energy flows through my hands to you. A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing loving radiance, flowing through and around the body. Before our session, I channel Reiki into the field, then into the room, the instruments and the crystals in order to prepare, clear and charge the energy to protect and program a safe only love and healing environment for the session. Healing Crystals (semi-precious gemstones) are programmed with Reiki and placed near or on the body to provide mental, emotional and physical balance to each of the energy centers (chakras). Please advise if you do not want to be touched.

What is Botanical Therapy?

Botanical Therapy is a form of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Like Flower therapy it is a multidimensional approach to healing that includes exposure to botanicals to improve our emotional state. Flowers and plants hold a healing vibrational energy of many forms: the effect of botanicals on our mental state can come from aromas, the oils they provide, or the healing fragrant waters , smoke or tinctures that can be created from them or visually. Floral water has been used for centuries in South America for spiritual, therapeutic and ceremonial purposes by shamans for cleansing, healing, ritual feeding. At the beginning of the session your aura with be bathed in cleansing smoke known as smudging and during your treatment a personalized aromatic essence of exotic flowers, tropical citrus and oils distilled with only natural ingredients will bathe your aura to clear, invigorate, enhance energy, focus, and well-being.

You will leave the Sonic Alchemy Sound Bath Meditation + Sound Massage + Crystal Reiki Healing + Botanical Therapy session feeling more balanced, centered and relaxed with any pain, tension or anxiety felt before the session greatly reduced. The combination of Reiki and Sound Healing is a powerful method used to attune the mind, body and spirit to higher frequencies and open up the energy channels (chakras and meridians) to flow freely by removing blockages in the body that are caused by stress, anxiety and other emotional and environmental trauma.

After a session, expect to feel calm and rested, more empathic, more loving, more compassionate and more abundant. After our session is completed it is advised to drink lots of water and go rest in quiet and remain in this deep meditative state to continue processing the healing benefits.

The session will max out at 12 people so that more personal attention can be given to each attendee to ensure a safe space for healing. This is not a typical sound bath experience or sound meditation. This experience is only for those serious about starting their own individual healing journeys and are ok with being totally immersed in sound and silence and powerful vibrations. In a “Sonic Alchemy” sound bath, participants will be encouraged to release blockages and emotions as they interact as much as possible with the healing energy of botanicals, crystals, reiki and powerful sound vibrations.

No meditation experience is required. All you have to do during the session is turn your device to airplane mode, lay down, try to relax and be open to receiving the sounds and massaging vibrations from the Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks when played over or on the body. I invite you to connect with the Healing and Balancing Energy from the botanicals and crystals when placed on or near the body. Allow your nervous system to unwind. When the body is allowed to unwind you may experience twitching, spasms, yawning and sighing which are completely normal and it is advised to allow for this to occur as deep healing is happening at this very moment. You will be encouraged to lay down on the floor and feel free to change position when you feel it is time. Chairs are available for those who cannot sit or lay down on the floor. (Please advise at time of booking if a chair will be needed).

Your last meal should be light and digested by the time the event starts. It is preferred to have an empty stomach to comfortably lay down and receive. Think of this session as your nourishing meal.

Come in quietly and find your spot, there are no devices allowed in our healing space and please limit your talking to a whisper or go outside of the studio. You can take photos before or after the healing.

After you are set up I invite you to the altar to begin with choosing an oracle card if you would like to set a personal intention for the healing and to create a gratitude offering to our ancestors and spirit guides.

Once we all settle in we will spend 5 minutes breathing - into the belly to get into your body and declutter your mind. On our deep inhales, we let our body feel into receiving, and on the exhale we feel into letting go. Letting go of all should of’s and could of's, letting go by sounding and grounding into the womb space of our planet.

Throughout the session there will be some guided visualizations and moments of deep silence, the sound journey will last approx 1.5 hour at which I will invite you to begin to awaken into your bodies.

There will be a mushroom cacao option for those that would like to include this sacred medicine in their journey.

For Safety Concerns, the Singing Bowls cannot be placed or played anywhere on the body that has had recent surgery within the past 3 months; or has any metal plates/metal rods inserted; or on the stomach/torso area if pregnant, or on the chest if you have a pacemaker. All participants will be asked at the beginning of the session to provide verbal confirmation assuming knowledge of safety concerns and liability).

All group sessions are video recorded and by attending you agree to be video recorded and possibly used at my discretion for social media.
