What is a Sound Bath Meditation?

A Sound Bath Meditation is a inactive meditative concert-like experience where one listens and absorbs on a cellular level the harmonious play of sound frequencies created by using various instruments; Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Tibetan/Himalayan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Indigenous instruments, Drums and other resonant instruments. The participant is invited to sit or lay down in a comfortable position while a bath of soothing sound waves and healing frequencies wash over the body, encouraging deep relaxation and release of tension and stress in both mind and body while stimulating the brain into a theta state. In this alpha/theta brainwave frequency your nervous system unwinds.

What is a Gong Bath?

A Gong Bath is a type of inactive meditation, where you “bathe” in the healing vibrations of sound. The gong I use is tuned to the frequency of the planet. Mother earth's heartbeat also known as the Schumann resonance of 158 hz. This is an alpha/theta brainwave frequency where cellular regeneration and healing happens. This sound will awaken and activate your heart, boosting and achieving a consistent level of coherence through the sound vibrations.

What is a Tuning Fork and Sound Massage?

During the sound bath meditation, Tibetan and Himalayan Singing Bowls and Weighted Tuning Forks will be placed directly on the body and played. The Weight of the Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks when placed directly on parts of the body and played, will send massage-like vibrations felt deep within the body, releasing energetic, physical and emotional blockages, while releasing any stored tension held in muscles, joints and vital organs. The massaging sound vibrations and healing frequencies will guide the body's internal systems to reset on a cellular level, promoting deep healing. The Tuning forks I use are tuned to the electromagnetic pulse of the earth's electrical signal. Mother earth's heartbeat, also known as the Schumann resonance of 7.83 hz. The Sonic Slider is of the12th harmonic of the Schumann Resonance 93.96Hz. and the Schumann Pair of forks comprise the 7th and 8th harmonic of this important frequency. Used together they create a binaural beat of 7.83 hz. balancing the electric/plasmic aspect of our being. (Please advise where there is pain in your body before we begin the session)

What is Reiki? What is Crystal Reiki Touch?

Reiki is a natural healing modality where the practitioner acts as a conduit between the client and the source of the universal life force energy. Reiki Touch is a healing modality that involves gently placing my hands on your body. I may place my hands directly on the body or hover over the body to access the aura as the energy flows through my hands to you. A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing loving radiance, flowing through and around the body. Before our session, I channel Reiki into the field, then into the room, the instruments and the crystals in order to prepare, clear and charge the energy to protect and program a safe only love and healing environment for the session. Healing Crystals (semi-precious gemstones) are programmed with Reiki and placed on the body to provide mental, emotional and physical balance to each of the energy centers (chakras). A personalized Crystal Body grid will be created for each client during the session to bring the energy centers to quantum coherence. Please advise if you do not want to be touched during your reiki treatment.

What is Botanical Therapy?

Botanical Therapy is a form of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Like Flower therapy it is a multidimensional approach to healing that includes exposure to botanicals to improve our emotional state. Flowers and plants hold a healing vibrational energy of many forms: the effect of botanicals on our mental state can come from aromas, the oils they provide, or the healing fragrant waters , smoke or tinctures that can be created from them or visually. Floral water has been used for centuries in South America for spiritual, therapeutic and ceremonial purposes by shamans for cleansing, healing, ritual feeding. At the beginning of the session your aura with be bathed in cleansing smoke known as smudging and during your treatment a personalized aromatic essence of exotic flowers, tropical citrus and oils distilled with only natural ingredients will bathe your aura to clear, invigorate, enhance energy, focus, and well-being.

You will leave the Sonic Alchemy Sound Bath Meditation + Sound Massage + Crystal Reiki Healing + Botanical Therapy session feeling more balanced, centered and relaxed with any pain, tension or anxiety felt before the session greatly reduced. The combination of Reiki and Sound Healing is a powerful method used to attune the mind, body and spirit to higher frequencies and open up the energy channels (chakras and meridians) to flow freely by removing blockages in the body that are caused by stress, anxiety and other emotional and environmental trauma.

This is a full 90 min intensive healing crystal reiki sound bath and massage session. 30 minutes extra have been added to allow time for a proper introduction and discussion before and after the session. Every participant is receiving a sound therapy and reiki session, each one receives their very own personalized sonic sound massage and crystal body balancing grid. So it's like receiving 4 treatments in one (Sound Therapy + Vibrational Therapy + Crystal Reiki + Flower Therapy = "Sonic Alchemy" = The Ultimate Energy Healing Experience). By the end of the session, the main energy centers of the body (chakras) will be open and balanced, improving the flow of energy around the body which promotes relaxation, relieves pain, and speeds up healing. After a session, expect to feel calm and rested, more empathic, more loving, more compassionate and more abundant. After our session is completed it is advised to drink lots of water and go rest in quiet and remain in this deep meditative state to continue processing the healing benefits.

Each group session will max out at 12 people so that more personal attention can be given to each attendee. Group sessions will remain small to ensure a safe space for healing. This is not a typical sound bath experience or sound meditation. This experience is for those serious about starting their own individual healing journeys and are ok with being totally immersed in sound and powerful vibrations. In a “Sonic Alchemy” sound bath, participants will be encouraged to release blockages and emotions as they interact as much as possible with the healing energy of botanicals, crystals, reiki and powerful sound vibrations.

No meditation experience is required. All you have to do during the session is try to relax and be open to receiving the sounds and massaging vibrations from Tibetan Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks when played over and on the body. And try to connect with the Healing and Balancing Energy from the botanicals and crystals when placed on or near the body. You will be encouraged to either sit or lay down on the floor. Chairs are available for those who cannot sit or lay down on the floor. (Please advise before session if a chair will be needed).

Bring - Eye Covering and Blanket (optional) I have blankets but its always good to bring extra if you like to be very warm.

Wear comfortable clothing.

For Safety Concerns, the Singing Bowls cannot be placed or played anywhere on the body that has had recent surgery within the past 3 months; or has any metal plates/metal rods inserted; or on the stomach/torso area if pregnant, or on the chest if you have pacemaker. All participants will be asked at the beginning of the session to provide verbal confirmation assuming knowledge of safety concerns and liability).

All group sessions are video recorded and by attending you agree to be video recorded and possibly used at my discretion for social media.
