Craniosacral Unwinding is a gentle bodywork modality that works with the soft tissue and the cerebrospinal fluid to help release blockages in the body’s vital energy flow. It is highly effective at liberating us from the stresses and dis-harmonies of modern life by inducing deep states of relaxation and clarity.This is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the cranio sacral system.

We are all made of energy and everything around us is energy. We are vibrant beings on certain frequencies. Every vibration is equivalent to a feeling and in the world. There are two species of vibrations, positive and negative. Any feeling makes you broadcast a vibration that can be positive or negative​.

Our bodies can be tuned like musical instruments. When they are properly tuned we have a sense of well being and perfect self-expression. Tuning fork therapy is a type of alternative medicine that uses sound vibrations to tune the body. It works with the nervous system, the tissues and the more subtle energies of the body. It is deeply relaxing and restoring and can offer long-term benefits. With the use of tuning forks I can target specific areas of the body that are out of balance, recreating a cosmology of connectivity by rebalancing the plasma, to better take nutrients, hormones, and proteins to the parts of the body that need it.

Reconnect to your vital life force energy though light touch and universal light projection. I utilize and enhance Qi, the vital life energy that flows through the body to feel free-flowing abundant health, to remove stagnant or deficient Qi that leads to illness. By holding my hands in certain positions over parts of the body, a relaxed, almost dream state releases anxiety, allowing feelings of inner peace, and overall well being. I do not use the invocation of reiki symbols, but rather invoke the universal healing energy of the creator of all that is. Connect to your essential chi with light touch or hovering touch.

A gong bath is a type of inactive meditation, where you “bathe” in the healing vibrations of sound. The gong I use is tuned to the frequency of the planet. Mother earth's heartbeat also known as the Schumann resonance of 158 hz. The frequency of the gong connects you to love, balance and renewal. The sound will awaken and activate your heart, boosting and achieving a consistent level of coherence through the sound vibrations. This is an alpha/theta brainwave frequency where cellular regeneration and healing happens to heal health and emotional distress.
