Each session begins with deep listening — attuning to what is present in your body, breath, and nervous system in this moment. Rather than applying a fixed protocol, I work relationally, allowing the session to unfold in response to what your system is communicating.
This approach supports the nervous system in unwinding, helps restore internal coherence, and creates space for clarity, regulation, and integration.
The work is gentle, responsive, and grounded in respect for the body’s innate intelligence.

Sessions are guided with care and attentiveness, drawing from sound, somatic awareness, and energy-based practices to support deep rest and reorganization. I may incorporate vibration, breath, touch, silence, prayer, or creative elements as appropriate — always guided by what supports safety, presence, and coherence.
I do not work to fix or force change.
