The intention is to gather together spiritual beings for intimate connection through the ancestral wisdom of ritual, fire circles, intention setting, reiki and sound healing. We meet on or around the full moon in Port Washington.

Here are guidelines to keep in mind as we share.

------ listen and share mindfully. Only offer suggestions or reflections by asking first or if the person sharing asks for them.

------ speak in "I" form and not "we" to avoid projecting our experience onto others and to embody our own experience.

------ maintain confidentiality on everything shared in the circle. You may of course share your own experience with people outside the circle, but not what others said to ensure the circle remains a safe space for vulnerability.

------ be mindful of assuming commonality or difference with other people based on their appearance, personality and words.

-------be open to listening to people's life stories and understanding their complexities and many layers.
