This is a Qi Gong community healing with individualised treatment accompanied by Andonia's soundbath.

Dress in loose clothes, eat a light meal at least 2 hours prior, bring a yoga mat, blanket and eye pillow. 

What is QiGong and what is Reiki? 

Although both Qi Gong and Reiki work with your life-force energy, each practice primarily focuses on a different source. Qi Gong, focuses on nourishing and circulating energy that already exists within you. This includes cultivating the Five Elements and other natural energies that help you feel healthy, relaxed, and energized. Reiki, made up of two japanese words - "Rei" which means "gods wisdom or higher power" and "ki" which is "life force energy" is a natural healing modality where the practitioner acts as a conduit between the client and the source of the universal life force energy.  Both Qigong and Reiki treatments may feel like a wonderful glowing loving radiance, flowing through and around the body. 

No Walk-Ins. No exceptions. The studio has to be prepared for the session in advance. Reservations have to be made in advance in order to attend. Online Registration is the only Guaranteed Reservation. Cancellations and Refund Requests must be received 7 days before event date. Requests to Reschedule or Transfer Tickets to another date must be received 24 hrs before the event date and time. Fees are nonrefundable. No Show Attendee tickets will not be granted a refund or transfer request.

Please keep/bring minimal personal belongings. Space is extremely limited. Management will not be responsible for any personal belongings left behind, lost or stolen. Please Note!!! For Safety Concerns, the Singing Bowls cannot be placed or played anywhere on the body that has had recent surgery within the past 3 months; or has any metal plates/metal rods inserted; or on the stomach/torso area if pregnant, or on the chest if you have pacemaker. (Purchasing this ticket is a confirmation assuming knowledge of safety concerns and liability).

All group sessions are video recorded and by attending you agree to be video recorded and possibly used at my discretion for social 

media.
