About the event
Inner Alchemy Sound Meditation Lecture and Immersive Experience
This experience begins with a grounded talk that contextualises sound not simply as music
or background atmosphere, but as a profound technology used across cultures for ritual, prayer,
regulation, healing, focus, and transformation. Participants are introduced to key ideas about how sound
affects the body, attention, emotion, and consciousness, helping them understand how to listen more
deeply and receive more fully from the experience.
