CRANIOSACRAL Unwinding Therapy is an energy based modality that addresses the nervous system and is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system. Like the movement of the breath or the cardiac pulse, the motion of the cerebrospinal fluid can be felt anywhere on the body with trained palpatory skill of coming into contact with this dynamic stillness. This is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving the tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. Enhancing the performance of the nervous system without a doubt improves the overall health and releases blocked energy. Using this conscious tuned light touch and sophisticated listening skills can help the body unwind. During this treatment we are in communication with both verbal and etheric languages that are used. Together we form a coherent awareness and awaken to the sacred space within your being. Through connection to our inner guidance and honoring our intelligence we can give space to the cranio sacral system. As the energy centers are cleared of debris and activated, deep unwinding and healing can take place.
