Sound Bath Healing Meditations are a holistic way to achieve a deep state of relaxation and interconnectedness. The session includes an energetic cleansing, oracle card reading, and cacao heart opening ceremony with guided breath work after which you lay down on sheepskin wool rugs and are guided into a cathartic meditative journey. This is a full 2 hour intensive healing. 30 minutes extra have been added to allow time for a proper introduction and discussion before and after the session. We will begin with ancestral cacao; a powerful plant medicine that works with the heart's energy and will open us to receive from a space of love. The flood of theobromine and other feel-good molecules in Cacao opens up the heart, helping you connect with yourself and be more open to receive the reiki transmission. Thoughtfully orchestrated sounds slowly emerge and immerse your senses in healing vibrations. The sounds penetrate through to the cellular level as we effortlessly align ourselves into a state of quantum coherence where all aspects of ourselves (mind, body and spirit) are in resonance with each other. Great relief from stress and anxiety allows the body’s self-healing mechanism to operate effortlessly. A calmness of mind allows us unfiltered access to our own inner guidance. The sessions are like a work of art, each one unique and executed by the intelligence of our inner guidance. I will use the crystal bowls and the gong in addition to a variety of indigenous instruments, aromatherapy, flower essences, reiki and tuning fork therapy. Every participant will receive their very own personalized sonic sound massage and chakra balancing crystal body layout. So it's like receiving 4 treatments in one (Sound Therapy + Vibrational Therapy + Crystal Reiki + Botanical Therapy = "Sonic Alchemy" = The Ultimate Energy Healing Experience + cacao ceremony). Avoid coffee and alcohol, eat a light meal 2 hours prior. Dress in loose fitting white or light color clothing.
