A private, in-person sound immersion brought directly to your home or chosen location. A guided, structured experience that begins with somatic unwinding and moves into a full-body sound immersion designed to settle the system, restore rhythm, and create space for integration. You host. I bring the field. What This Experience Includes Duration: 90 minutes (plus setup + breakdown) Opening arrival + brief orientation Guided rattle-based somatic unwinding to discharge tension and settle the body Full sound immersion using: Crystal singing bowls Himalayan bowls Chimes + indigenous instruments Voice (as guided) Closing integration (rest + optional sharing) This is a receive-based experience—participants lie down and are guided into deep rest while sound works through the body.
