Service Description

Sound therapy a holistic way to achieve a deep state of relaxation and interconnectedness. The sounds penetrate through to the cellular level as we effortlessly align ourselves into a state of quantum coherence where all aspects of ourselves (mind, body and spirit) are in resonance with each other. Sonic Alchemy, a term I use to describe my process. It is a unique healing modality in which the 4 elements of earth, water, fire and air are used to bring mind, body and spirit into resonance. You will receive sound therapy, reiki, a personalized sonic sound massage, botanical therapy and chakra balancing crystal body layout. So it's like receiving 4 treatments in one (Sound Therapy + Vibrational Therapy + Crystal Reiki + Botanical therapy = "Sonic Alchemy" = The Ultimate Energy Healing Experience). By the end of the session, the 7 main energy centers of the body (chakras) will be open and balanced, improving the flow of energy around the body which promotes relaxation, relieves pain, and speeds up healing. I will use the crystal bowls and the gong in addition to a variety of indigenous instruments, aromatherapy, flower essences, reiki and tuning fork therapy. This is a full 1.5 hour intensive healing crystal reiki sound bath and vibrational massage session with the addition of 30 min for introduction and integration. The session begins with smudging ( an energetic cleansing) and oracle card reading, after which you lay down, guided into deep breathing and a meditation with thoughtfully orchestrated sounds that slowly emerge and immerse your senses in therapeutic sound vibrations. The session is like a work of art, unique and executed by the intelligence of our inner guidance. After a session, leave feeling more empathic (more open to "seeing" and "feeling" with your heart with increased intuition) as well as more open to receiving and giving love, compassion, and abundance. This is not a typical sound bath experience or sound meditation. This experience is for those serious about starting their own individual healing journeys. This is a deep healing that will take place in the communal healing space located on the first floor of my home. (enter @ the blue door) You will be laying on the carpeted floor on layers of sheepskin wool - a vibratory cleanser and purifier. Dress in comfortable loose fitting clothing, preferably white or light colors.
