A 2-hour immersive healing experience held in my communal sanctuary space in Port Washington (enter at the blue door). This is not a typical sound bath. It is a layered, intentional, full-body reset designed to bring your mind, body, and spirit back into resonance. Sound therapy is a holistic way to enter deep relaxation and reconnect with yourself. Because everything in your body is vibration, sound doesn’t just relax you mentally — it moves through you physically. The tones of crystal bowls, gong, tuning forks, voice, drum, chimes, and indigenous instruments create waves that travel through your system, helping you shift into coherence — a state where different parts of you begin working together instead of pulling in opposite directions. I call my process Sonic Alchemy. It weaves together the five elements — earth, water, fire, air, and ether — through sound, energetic healing, botanical and crystal support, and personalized vibrational sound massage. In one session, you are essentially receiving multiple modalities at once: Sound Therapy, Vibrational Therapy, Crystal Healing, Botanical Therapy, and integrative healing arts — working together as one cohesive experience. We begin with gentle smudging to clear the energetic field and a short oracle card reflection to set intention. You’ll then lie comfortably on layers of sheepskin wool — a natural vibrational insulator — as I guide you through breath and into deep listening. From there, the soundscape slowly builds. The gong opens spaciousness. The bowls create harmony. Subtle hands-on energetic healing personalizes the journey. Aromatherapy and flower essences support the emotional layers. The core sound immersion is 90 minutes, with additional time for introduction and integration. This allows your system to fully land, receive, and recalibrate. By the end, most people feel lighter, clearer, and deeply restored. Many describe emotional release, reduced physical tension. The seven main energy centers of the body are gently balanced, improving energetic flow and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. No two journeys are ever the same. Each one is a co-creation between me, the group, and the instruments. I listen deeply and respond in real time to what the field needs.
