Each Thursday evening, the sanctuary opens for a small, curated gathering. Six bodies. One field. Deep listening. This is not a studio class. It is a weekly ritual container — designed for coherence, restoration, and recalibration before the weekend begins. Through gong, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, drum, and voice, harmonic frequencies fill the communal sanctuary and gently guide your system into deep rest. There is no hands-on work — simply immersion. You lie down and receive. Each gathering begins with a brief guided arrival to connect to breath and intention. From there, the soundscape unfolds organically, responding to the subtle intelligence of the group. No two evenings are ever the same. You will rest on layers of sheepskin wool — natural vibrational insulators — with pillows, wool blankets, and eye covers provided. The space is prepared for you. All you need to do is arrive. As the tones wash through the room, the mind slows, tension softens, and the body begins to reorganize itself naturally. Many people describe feeling as though they’ve taken a deep nap while remaining aware and present. After the meditation, the sanctuary remains open for a short, quiet integration. Herbal tea will be available for those who wish to sit, reflect, or connect gently before heading home. This is a space for deep listening. A weekly reset. A return to resonance.
