Today’s teens are carrying constant pressure—academics, social comparison, and nonstop stimulation. Most don’t need more talking. They need a space where they can actually settle. Sonic Reset is a 90-minute small-group experience designed to help teens release built-up tension, regain focus, and reconnect to their creativity. Held in an intimate, calm setting with soft rugs, blankets, and floor cushions, this is a space intentionally designed to help the body slow down. We begin with simple, guided movement to release stress and restlessness—no pressure, no performance. Rhythmic rattle work follows, using steady pulse to support focus and internal regulation. From there, teens move into hands-on art-making, offering a natural, non-verbal way to process and express what they’re holding. The session closes with a restorative sound immersion using singing bowls, gong, and resonant instruments—supporting deep rest and mental clarity before they return to their week.
