Remote healing can be deeply effective because you remain in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Your body relaxes more easily in a familiar space, which allows the work to unfold naturally. Sessions begin with a brief conversation—what I call “digging”—where we look at what is happening in your life and trace it back to the deeper pattern behind it so the root of the issue can be addressed. During the healing portion, I work intuitively with energy, remote craniosacral unwinding, and sound. I use a spiraling rainbow light technique to help release energetic restrictions and restore the natural movement of life force. Depending on what your system needs, I may also incorporate tuning forks or Himalayan bowls to introduce balancing frequencies. My approach does not rely on symbols or imposed systems; instead I work as a clear channel for divine life force energy and allow the intelligence of the body to guide the process. Some clients also choose to pull an optional oracle card at the end of the session for reflection and insight. People often come to this work when they feel stuck in repeating patterns, emotionally overwhelmed, or energetically depleted. Sessions take place online via video and you may remain resting in bed or in meditation during the process.
